We have an NP2 certificate.
POST DEPOT: As we are considered rural we don't have courier collection in our area. All orders will be taken to our local post depot on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders for Friday's will need to be in before 10.30am to make the post depot drop off for that day otherwise your order will be taken in on the following Monday. All orders for Monday and Wednesday will need to be in before 1pm to make the drop off at depot for that day otherwise they will be taken on the next day for post depot deliveries.
DUNEDIN DELIVERY - We currently use a courier to deliver throughout Dunedin. Prices for this are at Checkout. Usually orders will be delivered overnight unless there is staff shortages then it may take an extra day. Every now and then we do FREE delivery in Dunedin so keep an eye on our Facebook page for when that happens.
FREE LOCAL PICKUP - We allow free local pickup. When you go through checkout all you have to do is select "Local Pickup" and we will email when your order is ready for collection.
HOW ARE OUR LOLLIES PACKED? - We will pack all your lollies separately unless you state otherwise. You can have them mixed or layered but just let us know in the comments section at checkout otherwise they will be done separate.
PAYMENT METHODS: We accept credit/Debit card payments, After pay and Laybuy payments.
While we work hard to ensure the product information we display on our website is correct, on occasion manufacturers may alter their ingredients lists. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than that shown on our website. We recommend that you do not solely rely on the information presented and that you always read labels, warnings and directions before using or consuming products. We reserve the right to notify if any order has incorrectly calculated costs, shipping, or quantity error. We will email within 24 - 48 hours and let you know what's happened and how we have corrected it for you. Price glitches may happen on our website from time to time but we will do our best to rectify the situation should it occur.
At times we will have products that will sell out and we may have a slight delay in getting new supplies. We will inform you of any delays.
RETURNS POLICY - If there is a problem please contact us immediately and give us your contact details, order details, purchase number and the reason you are not happy with your goods. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please return the item to us in original condition. We do not process refunds for change of mind once the goods have been shipped.
Once item is returned and Inspected we will be more than happy to issue a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges.
All returns must be processed within 7 days of purchase.
Please consider the weather when purchasing goods. Summertime can bring issues such as goods melting if parcels are left out. Please ensure when you are purchasing that you will be there to receive the goods. Another option is to ship to an address where someone is available to receive the goods. Courier companies DO NOT cover perishable goods and will not accept charges or claims for goods that are left outside unattended or perish and neither do we unfortunately.
If nobody is home and the items go missing, again these are not covered.
We will do our best to process all orders within 24 to 48 hours (Business Hours). You should receive your order within 3-5 Business days. Allow an extra day for rural delivery. During the pandemic orders may take a little longer to get to you so please be patient and kind.
